[Belated Summary for 2021 February 6] The End of Phrase One for the DSBot Project
From Aug`20 to Feb`21: this project has finally reached the end of its first phrase.
The reason why it took so long, was because life. Too many things happened. Luunar New Year (or CNY), addiction to games and new anime series. Plans and works on the result of a certain company's incompetence and ineffective support. The result will be the dissolution of the DXCC.sg domain for good, marking the end of the DXC Network's Era of Domains.
Now, back to where were we?
What changed as well as some emergency patches are as follows (functions, in this clause, refers to commands sharing the same js file. Some are menus, some are sent as links to PM):
The isolation and separation of the following commands are completed: "<>twitter <>vk <>reddit". Thus them joining the ranks of <>fb and <>ig for the list of concat commands in the base command collection. This means the social commands have been successfully been reduced like the raw commands to simply be addons.
A removal of the old social command collection "scDXCCsg" which handles many of the older and current DXC social links. Mirroring the existing ><><deluxe command, the "><><deluxe" command have been changed to "><><sites", with added 3 legacy/old links to the functions, the menu however are not updated.
The "><><links" command, mirror to the the changed ><><sites command, is the new handle for DXC Network's other social links, that can be disabled without affecting the base command incarnations. It features a menu as well as some functions.
Other than that, is a complete overhaul to have Base Command's special tagging abilities used in the <>mega and <>message commands, to usable to all other command types. This is just a change of infrastructure and there is no visual change other than the edition of dependencies.
SUDO commands, are also improved. However, the initial release had errors but was promptly fixed and redeployed without the change of version/build/release.
