What can be said?
While I was gone from updating this site, many things happened. Implementing <>say <>shout <>whisper commands as well as the web redirect. I will need to redo the page layout for this page

What happened? Fix a previous bug of the SUDO command for general-response args reset. As well as merger of the functions of three Misc Bots: 19X (for DXChiam.com), 19Y (for DXCellon.com) and 19Z (for DXCC.sg). The next implementation will be the implementation of APIs for retrival of super users and DXC bots list, the last step of removing any user/bot sensitive data, which will allow the bot to become free of DXC Network elements
